Kansliapäällikkö Anna-Mari Ahonen on toiminut liikenne- ja viestintäministeriön kansliapäällik-könä keväästä 2026 alkaen. Tätä ennen hän johti Pirkanmaan liittoa maakuntajohtajana vuosina 2022–2026 ja Hämeen liittoa vuosina 2016–2022. Aiemmin Ahonen on työskennellyt muun muassa Suomen kasvukäytävän projektijohtajana sekä Janakkalan kunnanjohtajana ja teknisenä johtajana.

Permanent Secretary Anna-Mari Ahonen has served as the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Transport and Communications since the spring of 2026. Prior to this, she led the Regional Council of Pirkanmaa as Regional Mayor from 2022 to 2026 and the Regional Council of Häme from 2016 to 2022. Earlier in her career, Ahonen worked as, among other roles, the Project Director for the Finnish Growth Corridor and as both the Municipal Manager and Technical Director of the Municipality of Janakkala.
