Mika Maliranta (FT, taloustiede) on Työn ja talouden tutkimuksen LABOREn johtaja sekä Turun yliopiston professori. Toimii myös mm. OECD:n toimiala-analyysityöryhmän puheenjohtajana ja lainsäädännön arviointineuvoston varapuheenjohtajana. Tutkimus- ja opetusaiheita ovat talouskasvu ja työmarkkinat.
(PhD, Economics) is the Director of LABORE, the Finnish Institute for Labour and Economic Research, and a professor at the University of Turku. He also serves as the Chair of the OECD’s Industry Analysis Working Group and Vice-Chair of the Legislative Review Council. His research and teaching topics include economic growth and the labour market.
